Have you wanted to learn German for a while and are finally ready to get serious?
Or perhaps you’ve started learning German with Duolingo, Rosetta stone, etc., but find they’re not teaching you the ‘bigger picture’ of how German actually works.
Sometimes even finding a good German class locally can be challenging, though.
So, I created two resources to help guide you:
First, If you stumble upon ‘Language Links’, they’re actually a translation service. They do not offer German classes, just translations.
Other than that disappointing fact, there are no German classes for adult learners outside of the college setting in the entire Triad Region.
High Point University recently started offering a couple German classes. Their website hasn’t been updated to reflect that but feel free to contact them regarding their current German offerings.

Sadly, I can’t find anyone teaching privately in the Greensboro area (or even the entire Triad Region). 😔
If you’re not already connected to the ‘Triad German Club’, go do so now! They’re an active club who hosts several events throughout the year including an Oktoberfest, Stammtische, as well as talks and other German related events.

I’ve taught for years at a university, at a language school, and privately. I took all of my teaching experience and combined it into a 3-Step German learning process. Best of all, the 1st step is completely free.
