Looking for German Classes in Clarksville, TN?
Have you wanted to learn German for a while and are finally ready to get serious?
Or perhaps you’ve started learning German with Duolingo, Rosetta stone, etc., but find they’re not teaching you the ‘bigger picture’ of how German actually works.
Sometimes even finding a good German class locally can be challenging, though.

German language classes:
Unfortunately, there are no class offerings in Clarksville. The closest German classes I’m aware of are in Nashville at the Tennessee Language Center.
They offer quarterly classes (though you should call to confirm because it can vary for each language). The 9-week course costs $325 plus around $50 for course materials.

There are no German school in Clarksville. But, if you want to get a degree in German, you can minor in German at Austin Peay State University. The degree focuses on German culture and conversation and offer immersion opportunities with their study abroad program.

Sadly, I’m not aware of anyone teaching privately in the Clarksville area. 😔
German Clubs:
More sad news. The Clarksville Edelweiss Club disbanded in 2019.
The organization was there to maintain and promote German heritage and tradition. They hosted numerous events and get togethers.
